At Culiynnoxy, our goal is to deliver a pleasant and worry-free shopping experience for all our household kitchen trash can products. This policy outlines the complete guidelines for return applications, damage handling, and refund processing for items sold by Hangzhou Fengmu Trading Co., Ltd.

Return Window

Customers are eligible to submit return requests within 30 calendar days after package delivery. All returned goods must be brand new, unused, and kept in original factory condition with intact original packaging and complete accessories, alongside valid purchase proof. Any unauthorized returns without prior customer service confirmation will not be accepted for processing.

Non-Returnable Items

To guarantee product sanitation, structural integrity and standardized sales rules, customized kitchen trash cans, clearance final-sale products, and store gift cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. This rule is only exempted if items are delivered with factory defects or local consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Kindly inspect your kitchen trash can order immediately after receiving the parcel. If you receive damaged, defective, faulty products, incorrect items, or encounter missing parts, please contact our support team promptly. Provide your order number and clear pictures of the product, outer packaging, and shipping label for verification. We will evaluate your case and offer targeted solutions including replacement, full or partial refund, and other proper remedies.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees if the return is caused by personal reasons. Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable under normal circumstances. We only cover return postage for defective goods, incorrectly shipped items, or cases mandated by local laws. We highly suggest using trackable shipping methods, as customers remain liable for returned packages until our warehouse successfully receives and signs for the goods.

Refunds

After our team receives and thoroughly inspects your returned kitchen trash can, qualified refunds will be processed to your original payment channel. Please allow a reasonable processing period for your bank or payment platform to complete the fund settlement. In compliance with legal regulations, we reserve the right to deduct compensation fees for product value loss caused by improper use, disassembly or man-made damage during customer possession.
