Hangzhou Fengmu Trading Co., Ltd. accepts eligible return requests for Culiynnoxy kitchen trash cans within 30 days of package delivery.

Return Eligibility

Returned kitchen trash cans must stay unused and retain their original condition, along with intact original packaging and all included accessories. A valid proof of purchase is required to proceed with your return. Custom‑made kitchen trash cans, gift cards and final‑sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, save for situations required by local governing laws.

How to Submit a Return

Do not ship items back before getting our return instructions. Please email us at :service@culiynnoxy.com, and include your order number as well as which kitchen trash can products you plan to send back. Our support team will email you comprehensive return instructions and the valid return shipping address.

Damaged Items & Order‑Related Problems

Please examine your kitchen trash can right upon receiving your package. Should you get damaged, faulty units or incorrect merchandise, get in touch with us without delay and attach clear photos for our assessment, so we can resolve your issue accordingly.

Refund Arrangements

Once we receive and complete inspection of your returned goods, accepted refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Original delivery charges and return shipping fees will not be covered, except when the problem stems from damaged, defective or wrongly dispatched goods, or when local applicable laws dictate otherwise.
