Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases completed via the Culiynnoxy store, and act as supplementary documents alongside our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

Eligibility & Customer Information

You need to hold full legal capacity to conclude a valid purchase agreement within your region. You shall guarantee that your contact, delivery and billing information is correct. You are also accountable for safeguarding all operations carried out under your customer account.

Contract Formation

Items shown in shopping cart and checkout pages count as an invitation for you to submit a purchase proposal. A legally‑binding sales contract for our kitchen trash cans only takes effect after we formally approve your order and send out an acceptance or shipment confirmation. Automatic order acknowledgement emails do not stop us from conducting further checks for price mistakes, fraud risks or inventory shortages.

Payment, Taxes, and Currency

Supported payment channels and price information are fully displayed during checkout. Applicable tax amounts, delivery expenses and other stated surcharges are included within your final order total. Please be aware that your bank or payment service provider may charge currency conversion fees and international handling costs. Such extra costs are outside Culiynnoxy’s influence and will not be reimbursed by us.

Delivery and Risk

Available delivery solutions differ depending on your receiving location and stock status of kitchen trash cans. Transfer of loss‑related risks follows local consumer protection regulations. Where local legislation allows, title to goods stays with Hangzhou Fengmu Trading Co., Ltd. until complete payment has been cleared.

Returns and Statutory Rights

All return and refund activities shall follow our published Return & Refund Policy. Statutory cancellation entitlements, product compliance guarantees, warranty coverage plus other consumer privileges granted by local laws remain valid. They shall take precedence whenever clauses in these terms provide weaker protection for buyers.

Events Outside Reasonable Control (Force Majeure)

Culiynnoxy shall not be held accountable for hold‑ups or unfulfilled obligations brought about by unforeseeable circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These scenarios cover courier service interruptions, natural calamities, official regulatory measures, labour walk‑outs, infrastructure breakdowns, large‑scale internet malfunctions and other similar incidents.

Severability & Contact

Should any clause within these terms be ruled legally invalid, every remaining clause shall stay fully enforceable.
